Hi! I’m Linsey

Founder of L Fitness & Pilates STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor | NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer | IFNCP Practitioner

With over 16 years of experience, I work with people from all walks of life — from injury recovery and post-rehab clients to competitive athletes, women over 40, active seniors, and total beginners. Every session at L Fitness & Pilates is private and one-on-one, because real results come from real attention.

My studio has grown almost entirely through word of mouth, and I’m proud to say we’re nearly at capacity. If you’re here, it’s likely because someone who trains with me thought we’d be a great fit — and I love that.

Certified in STOTT PILATES®, strength training (NSCA), and functional nutrition (IFNCP), I take a whole-person approach to health. My goal is to help you build habits that last — with workouts, nutrition, and support tailored to your life.
